I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 5 years and have worked in person for over 3 years. I specialize in strength training mainly Powerlifting, body recomposition, sport specific training (hockey, volleyball, golf, basketball, baseball, and football), and injury prevention and rehab.
From coaching at powerlifting events to being in the gym working on your very first squat I’ve got you covered. I’ve grown up in and around the gym having my fair share of time on the floor.
